The Branding Farm is a full-service marketing agency located in Venice, California. For the last six years we’ve maintained an organic, hands-on approach to bringing our clients’ brands to life. At The Farm, ideas come first, execution follows. We aren’t in business to produce ads, or build websites…although that’s what we ultimately provide. Instead, we focus on helping brands find their voice, and the best way for that voice to be heard.

Under the leadership of Thomas Weems, Hill Salomon, and Aaron Dubois, The Farm harnesses all media, technology, and creative resources to best fulfill and exceed our clients’ expectations. We thrive on integrating the client in our process, and allowing them a “behind the curtain” view of how we operate. No trade secrets here. We believe that allowing you an unfettered perspective on how we conduct business will create a better working relationship, allowing you to more effectively convey your brand’s objectives, and in turn allowing us to better meet them.
